camp was great! (: i had lots of fun. just to summarise it all..
day 2: arrived at 4pm. was so hot and sweaty and stinky thanks to cassie so i had to bathe. then shared spaghetti with clara and parents' night registration. after a while we went over to the hall where they were doing praying over. the mood there made me want to cry ): like i always do, when there's praying over. sheesh.
day 3: joined them after mass. they were having session so i drank 100 plus, did some maths and talked about the scavenger hunt in the afternoon. i was gonna scoop rice for lunch, and then kim told me that alex was sick, and that since i wanted to go out, i could take over his place. not confident of facil-ing at all la! bwa. but then, still took over alex and hung out with group 14 during lunch and throughout the afternoon. got to know more people. (:
after we finally got to bathe (and i was the last, as usual.. what's wrong with me??) then had parents' night again. did registration and washing of feet! another one of those touching moments. i had to give tissue to the first pair of mom and child who came up! actually i had wanted to use the tissue, but ya.. i decided to be nice. i realized something - most moms cry the same way.
day 4: joined them in the morning. while they were out for breakfast surprise, i finished up some fuzzies and decided that i'd leave the rest out. wrote 11 fuzzies. and then i ran out of things to say. paiseh. had confession - for the kids. not for us. i think it's about time i went for a confession. i had wanted to go on thursday until i remembered i wasn't exactly allowed to go for evening mass.
just in case you're wondering.. i wasn't allowed to go for day 1.
now i gotta get back on track! sheesh, i feel so slack.
